Challenge

Aligning tenant needs with business goals

Go’Bolig had grown rapidly, but their digital presence and brand identity hadn’t kept pace. The website was functional but fragmented, the brand lacked a cohesive visual language, and internal workflows were not fully aligned with the online tenant experience.

They needed more than a facelift – they needed a brand and digital platform that could connect with tenants, support business goals, and scale for the future.

Solution

Rebranding and redesigning Go’Bolig for the future

We partnered with Go’Bolig to deliver a complete brand refresh and a fully redesigned website:

  • Branding: Developed a modern, cohesive visual identity – logo, typography, colors, and visual guidelines – that reflects Go’Bolig’s personality and values, and creates a consistent look across all touchpoints.
  • Website redesign: Designed a tenant-focused website with clear navigation, engaging property listings, and easy search filters – making it simple for users to find and secure their next home.
  • Integrated workflows: Connected the site with internal systems to streamline processes for property management and tenant communications.
  • Design system: Built a reusable component library to ensure visual and functional consistency as the platform evolves.

The result is a platform that works equally well for first-time visitors, active tenants, and Go’Bolig’s internal teams – delivering value on both sides of the rental experience.

Our Process

Collaborative workshops as a foundation

Our process started with collaborative workshops involving Go’Bolig’s marketing, operations, and customer service teams. We:

  1. Mapped tenant and business needs to identify opportunities where design could solve both user and operational challenges.
  2. Created wireframes and prototypes to test navigation, search flows, and content presentation with real users.
  3. Developed the new brand identity alongside the website design to ensure a seamless blend of visual style and functionality.
  4. Implemented an adaptive roadmap for phased delivery—ensuring key features and integrations could launch early, with a clear path for future enhancements.
“The new brand identity and website have increased our tenant interactions. Go’Bolig now has a digital platform that supports our growth and strengthens our connection with tenants.”
