Aligning tenant needs with business goals

Collaborative workshops as a foundation
Our process started with collaborative workshops involving Go’Bolig’s marketing, operations, and customer service teams. We:
- Mapped tenant and business needs to identify opportunities where design could solve both user and operational challenges.
- Created wireframes and prototypes to test navigation, search flows, and content presentation with real users.
- Developed the new brand identity alongside the website design to ensure a seamless blend of visual style and functionality.
- Implemented an adaptive roadmap for phased delivery—ensuring key features and integrations could launch early, with a clear path for future enhancements.
